No yoga or meditation classes August 20-September 12, 2018

Adult  Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation-$120/10 classes (1 yr. expiration) or $16 by class


 9:30 – 10:50am – Adult Gentle/Senior/ Chair Yoga


6:30 – 7:50pm – Adult All Level Yoga


8:30 – 9:50am – Adult All Level Yoga

10:00- 11:00am-Yoga Nidra Meditation*- 1st and 3rd Wednesdays

6:30-7:30pm-Yoga Nidra Meditation*- 2nd and 4th Wednesdays


9:30 – 10:50am – Adult Gentle/Senior Yoga

6:30 – 7:50pm – Adult All Level Yoga

Private yoga $30/half hour, $55/Hour

Private meditation $36, 50 minutes

* Students lie on blankets and mats with cushions under the head and knees.  You are easily lead to a state of mind where body and mind relax completely and consciousness remains active.  The schedule is subject to change.  To attend please reserve a place by phone or email.

** Strictly for beginners, including seniors, to learn basic yoga exercises that increase flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation, breath, and all around well being. Exercises will be modified in accordance to your needs using appropriate props (chair, blocks, bolsters, barre, etc.) all of which are provided.  Please prepay by March 30th.  The class will close at 10 students.

Yoga Waiver and Registration – can be printed and completed at home or filled out at the studio.
