Yoga is for everyone!

Mission-  To introduce students to the fundamental principles of practicing yoga postures, breathing techniques, adaption to individual abilities and sequencing.

Vision-  To develop in students a personal practice and deep value of yoga as a system for self-development.

Goals-  To provide small personalized classes in a friendly comfortable environment where students of all ages and abilities can strive to create energy, reduce stress, develop strength, flexibility, balance, and a feeling of clarity and well-being.
